Morning Exercise

This was the last week before Mock Examination.  Everyone was busy working hard to catch up with the examination syllabus.  However, all 5Dees looked like withered leaves and had no spirit during the day.  Because of this, our form-teacher suggested doing exercises during roll-call every morning.  This is really an innovative idea.  We tried the first time on 1st March. 

Every day, different students are invited to lead us to do the exercises.  Our form-teacher, Mr. Lui, first put this into action.  He led the whole class to stretch their hands and legs.  Then, on Friday (2/3), our class monitor, Simon Tsang, taught us some ways to relax the muscles of our whole body.  Who'll be the next one to lead?

Let's see how Simon Tsang became the greatest coach to teach aerobics.
